Lets go fly a kite!

Well today was an unusually hot but still breezy day. I saw these on a blog ( the other day so decided to make them with the girls to keep them entertained while I was helping C master the art of the potty.

They were so easy to make and produced hours of great fun.

All you need is A4 paper, ruler, pencil, stapler, hole punch and some string.

fold the paper in half,
mark 2 1/2 inch and 3 1/2 inch,
staple the pieces up at the 1st mark,
punch a hole at the next mark,
tie the string into the hole,
and voila! simple right.

This is how ours turned out

Not very crafty but great results all the same....we ended up having to make about 10 for all their friends too.

We're going to make them again tomorrow but decorate them first
